Section 14. Penalty for abatment. The Maharashtra Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Category (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Caste Certificate Act, 2000.

14. Penalty for abatment.— Whoever abets any offence punishable under this Act shall be punished with punishment provided for in this Act for such offence.
