Section 14. Registration of member.

14. Registration of member.— A member of the State Board or a Divisional Board, not being a member ex-officio, may resign his office at any time by tendering his resignation in writing to the Chairman of the Board; and such member shall be deemed to have vacated his office as soon as the Chairman has received his resignation.
