Power to invite experts and officers at meetings.— A Board may invite any person who in its opinion is an expert in the field of education 1[or any officer] of the State Government, to attend its meeting or of its Committee, if a subject with which the expert or officer is concerned is likely to come up or come up for discussion or consideration 2[* * *].
