42. Members of Committee and officers and employees of Devasthan Trust to be public servant.— The members, the Executive Officer and all the officers and employees of the Devasthan Trust shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860) and clause (c) of section 2 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (49 of 1988).
