Section 41. Withdrawal of fund.

41. Withdrawal of fund.— No payment shall be made by a Bank out of the Board’s Fund except upon a cheque or letter of credit signed by an officer authorized by the Board or by electronic mode alongwith the email sent to the Bank from the registered email address, in this behalf.
