Section 36. Application of assets of Board. The Maharashtra State Board of Nursing and Paramedical Education Act, 2013.

36. Application of assets of Board.— All property, fund and other assets vesting in the Board shall be held and applied by it, subject to the provisions and for the purposes of this Act.
