Section 43. How fund shall be drawn against. Maharashtra State Board of Skill, Vocational Education and Training Act, 2021

43. How fund shall be drawn against.— No payment shall be made by Bank out of the Board’s fund except upon a cheques or letter of credit signed by an officer authorized by the Board in this behalf.
