55. Protection of action taken in good faith.— No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government, Governing Council, the Board or the members or any officers or servant of the Government or of the Governing Council or of the Board, for anything which is done in good faith done or purported or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any regulations or bye-laws.
