Section 21. Other Officers and Servants of Board.

21. Other Officers and Servants of Board.— (1) The Board may, with the approval of the Government, appoint such other officers and servants as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act. (2) The salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and servants appointed under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be determined by the Board by regulations.
