11. Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Members and staff of Commission to be public servants.— The Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson, the Members, officers and other employees of the Commission shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
