22. Authorities of University.— The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely :— (a) the Governing Council ; (b) the Academic Council ; (c) the Board of Studies; (d) the Board of Assessment and Evaluation; (e) the Board of Innovation, Incubation and Enterprise; (f) the Board of Counselling and Placements; (g) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
