62. Post graduate teaching research.— All post-graduate instruction, teaching, training, research, research collaborations and partnerships, shall normally be conducted within the University area by the University, Skill Departments, campuses, centres, study centres, affiliated colleges and the recognized institutions in such manner as may be prescribed.
