Section 5. Executive Committee.

5. Executive Committee.— (1) There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following members, namely :— (a) Managing Director of the Corporation .. Chairman. (b) Executive Director of the Corporation .. Member. (c) Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department, North Maharashtra Region, Nashik .. Member. (d) Chief Engineer of the Corporation .. Member. (e) Chief Accounts and Finance Officer of the Corporation .. Member. (f) Executive Engineer of the Corporation .. Member-Secretary. (2) The powers, functions and duties of the Executive Committee shall be such as may be laid down by regulations.
