Section 6. Police-officers bound to assist toll-collectors.

This Act was repealed on 16 January 2017 by the Maharashtra Repealing (Second) Act, 2016 (Mah. 15 of 2017), s.2 and Schedule A, serial 1; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
6. Police-officers bound to assist toll-collectors. All police-officers shall be bound to assist the toll-collectors, when required, in the execution of this Act, and for that purpose shall have the same power which they have in the exercise of their ordinary police duties.
