Section 61. Removal of difficulties.

61. Removal of difficulties.— If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may as occasion arises, by order do anything, not inconsistent with such provisions, which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purposes of removing the difficulty: Provided that, no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the appointed day.
