15. Bar of Jurisdiction.— No civil court shall have jurisdiction to entertain any suit or to try any dispute or to pass any interim injunction in respect of any matter for which the Competent Authority or the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Authority is empowered under this Act.
