The Maharashtra Unemployment Allowance Payment Short title, to Workmen in Factories (for Temporary Period) Act, 1976.

10. (1) The Maharashtra Unemployment Allowance Payment to Workmen in Factories (for Temporary Period) Ordinance, 1976 is hereby, repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken including any notification or order issued under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done, taken or issued, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
