12. (1) The Maharashtra Vacant Lands (Prohibition of Unauthorised Occupation and Summary Eviction) Ordinance, 1975, is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken by or under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
