Power of Chief Executive Officer or any officer to inspect office of panchayat.— The Chief Executive Officer or any officer not below the rank of an Extension Officer duly authorised by him in writing in this behalf may enter the office of any panchayat, and inspect any records, register of other document, kept therein; and the panchayat shall comply with the inspection notes, if any, made by the Chief Executive Officer or as the case may be, the officer.]
