Section 273. Delegation of powers by State Government.

273. Delegation of powers by State Government.— Subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified by the State Government, it may by order delegate all or any of its powers, functions or duties under this Act (except the power to make rules under section 274), to any officer or Authority subordinate to it.
