1[46-A. Sumptuary allowance to President.— Subject to any rules made by the State Government in this behalf, there shall be placed at the disposal of the President, such sum not exceeding 2[six thousand rupees] per annum as the Zilla Parishad may decide, as sumptuary allowance.]
