Power of Commissioner to decide disputes regarding validity of election of Chairman or Deputy Chairman.— In the event of a dispute arising as to the validity of the election of a Chairman or Deputy Chairman, the Collector or any officer authorised by him or any member 3* * * * may refer the dispute within thirty days from the date of the election to the Commissioner for decision. An appeal against the decision of the Commissioner may, within thirty days from the date of such decision, be filed before the State Government.]
