Section 74. Consequence of absence of Chairman or Deputy Chairman without leave.

74. Consequence of absence of Chairman or Deputy Chairman without leave.— Subject to rules made by the State Government in this behalf, a Chairman or Deputy Chairman who absents himself from duty for a period exceeding thirty days in the aggregate in a year without leave shall cease to be the Chairman or the Deputy Chairman, as the case may be.
