15. Allowance: There shall be paid allowance to the President, the Vice-President and Members of the State Council, with the previous sanction of the State Government, for attendance at meetings of the State Council or of the Executive Committee meeting, and reasonable travelling expenses for such attendance as may be prescribed in this behalf and for journey undertaken in the discharge of their duties under this Act, as may from time to time, be allowed by the State Council and approved by the State Government.
