1. (1) This Act may be called the Agriculturists’ Loans (Extension to United Khasi-Jaintia Hills District) Act, 1963. (2) It extends to the said areas. (3) It shall come into force at once.
2. All the provisions of the Agriculturists’ Loans Act, 1884, as amended from time to time, shall apply to the said areas.
