Section 2. Extension of Assam Act I of 1929. THE GOALPARA TENANCY (EXTENSION TO AUTONOMOUS DISTRICT OF GARO HILLS) ACT, 1953

2. All the provisions of the Goalpara Tenancy Act, 1929 shall apply to “the said areas” and shall be deemed to have come into force on the date of the commencement of this Act.
