193. Limitation period. (1) The rights of compensation under this Chapter shall be extinguished unless action is brought within a period of--- (a) three years from the date of occurrence of pollution damage; and (b) six years from the date of the incident which caused pollution damage. (2) If the incident consists of a series of occurrences, the period of six years shall commence from the date of the first occurrence.
