Section 20. Power to remove difficulties.

20. Power to remove difficulties.- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may by order published in the Official Gazette make provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act as appear to them to be necessary and expedient for removing the difficulty.
