Power of the SWCA.- 1) Prescribe services to be made available on the SWP through notification. 2) Delegate the responsibility of processing an application and carrying out relevant inspections to a Designated Officer; 3) Prescribe the mode and procedure for delivery of services and disposal of applications through the online portal vide notification.
