Section 11. Power to declare dry days

This Act was repealed on 28 May 2019 by the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019 (Act No. 8 of 2019), s.54(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
11. Power to declare dry days: The Commissioner may, by order declare any day, or days as dry day, or days for the whole of Mizoram to which this Act applies or for any local area comprised therein in which sale and consumption of any intoxicating liquor shall be prohibited and no liquor shop shall be opened.
