Section 20. Technical defects, irregularities and omissions

This Act was repealed on 28 May 2019 by the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019 (Act No. 8 of 2019), s.54(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
20. Technical defects, irregularities and omissions: (1) No licence, permit or pass granted under this Act shall be deemed to be invalid by reason merely of any technical defect, irregularity or omission in the licence, permit or pass or in any proceedings taken prior to the grant thereof. (2) The decision of the Commissioner as to what is a technical defect, irregularity or omission, shall be final.
