Section 26. Payment for grant of exclusive privilege

This Act was repealed on 28 May 2019 by the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019 (Act No. 8 of 2019), s.54(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
26. Payment for grant of exclusive privilege: Instead of, or in addition to, any duty leviable under this Act, the Government may accept payment of a sum in consideration of the grant of any exclusive privilege under Section 9.
