Section 32. Magistrate to try offences under the Act

This Act was repealed on 28 May 2019 by the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019 (Act No. 8 of 2019), s.54(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
32. Magistrate to try offences under the Act: Any Magistrate having the power of the Judicial Magistrate of the first class shall try any offence punishable under this Act.
