This Act was repealed on 28 May 2019 by the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019 (Act No. 8 of 2019), s.54(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
4. Licence, permit or pass required for depositing or keeping intoxicating liquor in bonded warehouse or other place of storage: No person shall, except under the authority and subject to the terms and conditions of a licence, permit or pass granted in that behalf by the Commissioner or any other officer authorized by him, deposit or keep any intoxicating liquor in any bonded warehouse or other place of storage.
