This Act was repealed on 28 May 2019 by the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019 (Act No. 8 of 2019), s.54(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
56. Employment of children under eighteen years by any licensee is prohibited: No person who is licenced to manufacture, bottle and sell foreign liquor, wine or country liquor shall employ or permit to be employed, either with or without remuneration, any person under the age of eighteen years in any part of such premises.
