Section 67. No suspension, remission or commutation in any sentence awarded under this Act

This Act was repealed on 28 May 2019 by the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019 (Act No. 8 of 2019), s.54(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
67. No suspension, remission or commutation in any sentence awarded under this Act: Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974), or any other law for the time being in force, no sentence awarded under this Act shall be suspended or remitted or commuted.
