This Act was repealed on 28 May 2019 by the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019 (Act No. 8 of 2019), s.54(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
7. Retail and wholesale : The Government may by notification, declare what quantity of any intoxicating liquor shall, for the purposes of this Act, be the limit of a retail sale.
