Section 72. Correction of errors

This Act was repealed on 28 May 2019 by the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019 (Act No. 8 of 2019), s.54(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
72. Correction of errors: Clerical or arithmetical errors in any order passed under this Act or errors arising therein from any accidental slip or omission may at any time be corrected by the officer who passed the order.
