This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Public Gambling (Extension to Mizo District) (Repealing) Act, 2022 (Assam Act 7 of 2023); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
2. All the provisions of the Public Gambling Act, 1867 as amended from time to time shall apply to the Mizo District.
