This Act was repealed on 1 August 1999 by the Mizoram Salaries and Allowances of the Leader of the Opposition Act, 1999 (Act No. 9 of 1999), s.7(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Mizoram Salary and Allowances of Leader of Opposition Act, 1991. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the First of April, 1991.
