Section 1. Short title and commencement

This Act was repealed on 1 August 1999 by the Mizoram Salaries and Allowances of the Government Chief Whip and the Deputy Government Chief Whip Act, 1999 (8 of 1999), s.14(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the State of Mizoram Salaries and Allowances of the Government Chief Whip and the Deputy Government Chief Whip Act, 1995. (2) It shall come into force on and from the date of publication in the Mizoram Gazette.
