Section 11. Application for registration
The Mizoram Street Vendor (Protection of Livelihood & Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2011
This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Mizoram Street Vendor (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) (Repeal) Act, 2017 (Act 5 of 2017), s.2(1), assented 29.03.2017, published in the Mizoram Gazette Extraordinary of 12.04.2017; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
11. Application for registration : (1) Every person who has completed the age of 18 years and intends to do street vending shall make an application for registration as street vendor to the town vending committee. (2) Every application under sub-section (1) shall be made in such form and manner and accompanied by such fee as may be specified.
