Section 8. Constitution of Ward Vending Committees

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Mizoram Street Vendor (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) (Repeal) Act, 2017 (Act 5 of 2017), s.2(1), assented 29.03.2017, published in the Mizoram Gazette Extraordinary of 12.04.2017; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
8. Constitution of Ward Vending Committees : The town vending committee may constitute, in such manner and for such purposes, such number of ward vending committees, as may be prescribed.
