This Act was repealed on 21 November 2025 by the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), s.143; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
14. Hours of work for adolescents employed as motor transport workers.--No adolescent shall be employed or required to work as a motor transport worker in any motor transport undertaking-- (a) for more than six hours a day including rest interval of half-an-hour; (b) between the hours of 10 P.M. and 6 A.M.
