Section 22. Adolescents employed as motor transport workers to carry tokens.

This Act was repealed on 21 November 2025 by the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), s.143; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
22. Adolescents employed as motor transport workers to carry tokens.--No adolescent shall be required or allowed to work as a motor transport worker in any motor transport undertaking unless-- (a) a certificate of fitness granted with reference to him under section 23 is in the custody of the employer; and (b) such adolescent carries with him while he is at work a token giving a reference to such certificate.
