Section 20. Appointment of sub-committee and delegation of power

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Nagaland Agriculture Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2005 (Act 5 of 2005), s.111(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
20. The Market Committee may appoint one or more Sub-Committees consisting of one or more of its members for reporting or giving opinion on any matter relevant to the Market Committee or it may, subject to such restriction and conditions as may he specified in the bye-laws, delegate to any such sub-Committee such of its powers or duties as it may think fit.
