Section 57. Term of Office of the Member.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Nagaland Agriculture Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2005 (Act 5 of 2005), s.111(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
57. The tenure of office of the member of the Board shall come to an end as soon as he ceases to hold the office by virtue of which he was nominated. In the event of suppression of the Market Committee from where the member/members have been nominated on the Board, the Government shall appoint person/persons as member of the Board representing interest of the suspended committee.
