This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Nagaland Agriculture Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2005 (Act 5 of 2005), s.111(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
93. The Chairman, the Vice-Chairman, Member, Secretary, other, officers and servants of a Market Committee and the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, the members, the officers and other servants of the Board shall be deemed to be public servant within meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (No. 45 of 1860).
