Section 95. Bar to Civil Suit.
The Nagaland Agriculture Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act,1988
This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Nagaland Agriculture Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2005 (Act 5 of 2005), s.111(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
95. No suit, prosecution or legal proceedings in respect of anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this act or rules or bye-laws made thereunder, shall lie against the Director or any officer of the State Government or against the Board or any market committee or against any officer or servant of the Board or any market committee or against any person acting under and ii accordance with the direction of the Director, such officer, or such Committee.
