Short title, extent and commencement- 1. (1) This Act may be called the Nagaland Armed Police Act, 1966. (2) It extends to the whole of Nagaland. (3) It shall come into force at once. (4) It shall apply to the members of the Nagaland Armed Police Force wherever they may be.
